We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Compliance Officer to join our team. You will evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously. You will also revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues. Additionally, you will draft, modify, and implement company policies. Collaborating with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor the enforcement of standards and regulations is also a key part of this role. You will be responsible for managing compliance audits and investigations, as well as preparing reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the law and corporate governance best practices. You will be a professional of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete your duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. You must be comfortable saying “no” when necessary and be result-oriented.
